Ordering and Delivery FAQ

 When should I expect my order to arrive?


If you need your order faster than this, an express service is available, please contact us with details of the items you would like to order and we will get back to you with the different pricing options. 

How do I make an order?

Please browse our shop and select which items you would like to purchase. Once you have chosen, click the pink 'Add to Basket' button. If you have selected a personalised item, make sure you have filled the requested information in the drop down menu or text boxes. Please note that different personalisation or size options might affect the price you pay, this will be shown clearly on the screen before you add your product to your basket. To see what's in your basket, click on shopping trolley in the right hand corner of the screen; by clicking here you can also reach the checkout.

If you have any questions about any products or experience problems ordering please contact us. If you would prefer us to give you a call back rather then emailing you, please do let us know your phone number in the email contact box. 

Do I need to create a customer account to order from you?

No, though at checkout you do have the option of creating a customer account with us. If you choose to do this, when you re-visit So Emma you will be able to log on and access your details, making future purchases quicker and easier.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card?

No, you don't need to have or register for a PayPal account to make purchases from the So Emma shop. We use PayPal to handle all our payment transactions, so you will be taken through to the PayPal payment page. If you don't have a PayPal account or wish to register for one, please select the second option on the right hand side.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, please contact us with details of the products you would like to order and where you would like to send them. We will come back with a quote for posting. Please note we cannot be responisble for any customs charges which might be applied to your goods.

I have a discount code, where do I add this?

Please enter the discount code when prompted at checkout, and your code will automically be applied to your purchases.

 How do I track the progress of my order?

You will receive a series of emails to update you on the progress of your order, including an order acknowledgement that your order has been successfully received and also when your order has been dispatched.

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, as outlined in the 'Distance Selling' regulations, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase if you are not entirely happy with it. Please note that personalised items are not normally refundable.

Do your prices include VAT?

As we are not yet VAT registered we do not charge VAT. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout. All items are delivered postage-free by UK standard mail. 

I would like a bespoke service or have a question about a product. Can  you help?

Yes, we would love to hear from you. If you are looking for a specific fabric/colour scheme for one of our handmade products, we will quote you a cost for sourcing this for you. If you have a question about any products please contact us and we will get back to you.
